  • Refund/Exchange Policy
    All claims must be made within 5 days once the item has been received by the customer. Refunds are only allowed due to a merchandise defect. Please contact us and provide an order number and clear description of the issue. Any claims outside of the timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions. Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis. Exchanges are available within 5 days of receiving the order. Customers must contact us via email within the timeframe to make the request. Please include the order number and clear description of your request. Items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost to return item/s to Cxpsule. Please allow 3 business days to process items received.
  • How can I contact CXPSULE?
    All enquiries can be sent to Please allow up to 24 hours for the team to respond. Emails are answered Monday - Friday between 9:00am -17:00pm. Emails received on weekend and holidays will be answered the next business days. Please make sure to include the order number and a clear description of your enquiry.   • How can I pay?
    We accept payments by credit and debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Paypal. We also issue gift cards/ store credits.
  • Cancelling/Changing orders
    We are unable to cancel orders which have been shipped. If your order has not been shipped and require to cancel it, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We are also unable to amend orders once it has been shipped. If you require to change size or add more items to your order, please contact us via email.
  • Shipping courier/ Shipping information
    Local and International orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking numbers are emailed when the order has been dispatched. Customers may track the package via shipping courier indicated in the dispatch notification email. Please make sure the information entered correctly to avoid returns International shipments may be charged additional customs duties. These fees are determined by the receiving country based the item listed and declared value. Cxpsule has no control over any additional duties and fees assessed. Customers are responsible for payment for any custom fees. Domestic orders are processed and shipped within 10-14 business days. Customers are notified via email and contains tracking number once the order is dispatch. Delivery delays are not common but can occur and are not controlled by Cxpsule. Please note if an attempted delivery notice is the left by the shipping courier, please follow up with the shipping courier. Cxpsule cannot schedule redelivery attempts. International delivery can take up to 14-21 business days once its been dispatched. Timelines depend on your country’s customs, processing and delivery protocols. Please note, with international delivery we advice on keeping check with the delivery status to avoid returns. Follow up with shipping courier for further information.   • Can I change shipping address?
    If you have entered your address incorrectly, please email with the order number and the correct information. We cannot change address once it has been shipped due to our seller and buyer protection policies. Please double check the address before completing the order at checkout.
